Sponsorship Levels

Rock Steady ($1,000 – $2,000)

• Reserved space in the Exhibit Hall, which includes one 6’ skirted table and two chairs
• One ticket for each named vendor representative attending the meeting to the Welcome Reception (Limit 2)
• Company logo on promotional materials, the program (¼ page), and link to the company’s website
• Sponsorship of snack or coffee break featuring sign (~2 x 3 ft) with logo displayed as sponsor for event

Gold Dust ($2,001 – $4,000)

• Reserved space in the Exhibit Hall, which includes one 6’ skirted table and two chairs
• One ticket for each named vendor representative attending the meeting to the Welcome Reception (Limit 2)
• Company logo on promotional materials, the program (½ page), and link to the company’s website
• Sponsorship of continental breakfast or break featuring sign (~2 x 3 ft) with logo displayed as sponsor for event

Diamond ($4,001 +)

• Reserved space in the Exhibit Hall, which includes one 6’ skirted table and two chairs
• One ticket for each named vendor representative attending the meeting to the Welcome Reception (Limit 2)
• Company logo on promotional materials, the program (full page), and link to the company’s website
• Sponsorship of Welcome Reception or Farewell Reception with discussion of proper sponsoriship logo displays

Notes:

• Set up of booths will be available the day proceeding and the morning of the Exhibit Hall opening
• Additional tables may also be requested to increase the booth space, which will provide two additional chairs. An additional cost of $500 will be charged
• Additional Welcome Reception tickets may be purchased individually
• Farewell Reception tickets are available for purchase
• Conference registration not included
