Join Stephanie Fulton, RYT 200, for 45 minutes of movement and reset after a day of learning and/or travel! Stephanie will lead us through gentle movements and provide an opportunity to pause. Comfortable clothing is all you need. We will be standing and making use of the chairs in the room. All are welcome to join, no prior experience needed.

Looking to unwind and relax before Monday’s full day of the conference? Join Stephanie Fulton, RYT 200, to slow down and invite calm and stillness into the evening.
Bring your mat, a towel, or something for the floor as we will lay down during this session. All are welcome to join, no prior experience needed.
Self Defense Awareness

Monica Smith has been training in martial arts for over 30 years and has taught for 20 years. She has attained the rank of Senior Master holding a 7th degree Black Belt. Ms. Smith is Chair for the Safety Committee of the Greater Central Arkansas Board of Realtors. She will be teaching basic strategies to keep us safe in our everyday lives.
