All meeting attendees need to register online (see link below) for the annual meeting. Accepted payment options include credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express), check, and purchase order.

Also, the online registration system permits group registrations, but please keep in mind that all event fees for a group registration are linked to the first registrant in the group.

Online registration for the 2008 Annual Meeting is now open! Please click on the button below to start the registration process.

UPDATED 7/31/2008: A basic registration form is now available to provide your conference selections to administrative staff. Just fill out the form using its interactive form fields, print it out, and turn it in to your administrative staff. (Note: This form asks for minimal information and your specific conference registration choices only.)

To help determine meeting costs, a registration and other fees information sheet is available, which also defines the refund policy. The information provided here is included in the online registration system, provided by Regonline; all you need to do is select the appropriate registration type to start.

Continuing Education Courses

The Continuing Education Committee has selected a number of interesting courses for the 2008 Annual Meeting. The courses are listed below.

Registration for CE courses is handled on a first-come, first-served basis, and no waiting lists are maintained. You may register for CE courses by using the online registration form, and you do not have to register for the meeting to sign up for courses.
