ARMADILLO ACCOLADES

What better way to acknowledge your mentors, chapter leaders and friends in the profession, than with an Armadillo Accolade?

For a nominal fee (minimum $10.00) paid by you, honored members will have their names publicly listed during the SCC annual meeting, be recognized as a group at the annual business meeting, and be listed in the post-meeting issue of the South Central Connection.

Proceeds from this fundraising endeavor will go to support the Mayo Drake Student Scholarship fund.

You now have two options for submitting Accolades if you wish to honor a South Central Chapter colleague:

Online through PayPal. Go to the PayPal Accolade form below.
Note: Payments through PayPal will not be accepted after Friday, October 3, 2008.
Through the mail. Go to the print Accolade form and print it out. Then, just fill it out and mail it with your donation to:
